At Mills & More, we are committed to delivering fresh chakki atta and natural sweeteners with the highest quality standards. Since most of our products are food items and freshly prepared, our return policy is designed to ensure safety, hygiene, and fairness.

1️⃣ Returns & Eligibility

Due to the perishable nature of flour and food products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.

However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for assistance.

Products must remain unused and in original packaging for any claim review.

2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please share clear photos and order details with our customer support team within 24 hours. After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

Refunds, if approved, are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift vouchers or promotional products


4️⃣ Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a return approval must be completed first, and a new order can then be placed separately.
